H.R.H. Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of the Riyadh Municipality, visited today the events of the “Deerah Winter” season, organized by Al-Deerah Development Company, running from 4 December 2025 until 31 March 2026. During the visit, His Highness toured several key venues hosting the season’s activities, starting with Al-Maigaliah Markets, followed by Deerah Park, and then Al-Qaisariyah Markets, where he was briefed on the most prominent activities and events.

 “Deerah Winter” season aims to deliver a comprehensive winter experience in the capital by blending authentic cultural heritage with modern experiences. It serves as a major destination for families and visitors interested in culture and the arts, while also enhancing Deerah’s position as a vibrant hub for winter events in Riyadh and stimulating local economic activity by supporting traders and artisans. The season seeks to attract visitors from across the Kingdom and the Gulf region.

The season is spread across six main zones: Al-Maigaliah, Qaisariyah Square and Viewpoint, Deerah Theater, Falcon Market, and Deerah Park, each offering distinctive experiences that reflect the identity of the place. It also features a wide range of cultural, artistic, shopping, and entertainment activities, targeting local audiences from Riyadh and other Saudi cities, as well as tourists from Gulf countries and beyond. Through activating public spaces and transforming them into lively destinations, “Deerah Winter” contributes to strengthening social and cultural engagement through interactive experiences that embody authentic Saudi culture.
