About the Service:

This service enables beneficiaries to obtain open data through the Riyadh Municipality Portal.

Guidelines for Submitting a Request:

• Complete all required fields in the request form.
• Clearly and accurately specify the data required.
• Explain the purpose for which the data will be used, if possible.
• Ensure that the contact information provided is correct to facilitate communication regarding the request.

Request Processing Mechanism:

• The request will be received and reviewed by the relevant department.
• The request will be processed within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of submission.
• The applicant will be notified of the outcome through the contact details provided in the request.

Request Status:

• Approval of the request and provision of the requested data.
• Rejection of the request, with reasons for the rejection provided.
• Extension of the processing period when necessary, with notification to the applicant.

Beneficiary Rights:

• The right to be informed of the reasons for rejecting the request, if applicable.
• The right to request a review of the rejection decision in accordance with the approved procedures.
