Riyadh Municipality is continuing the implementation of a strategic development project for Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Road, extending over 15.5 kilometers. The project begins at its intersection with King Salman bin Abdulaziz Road in the south and extends northward to the Aramco oil pipeline.

Riyadh Municipality, represented by Shaqra Municipality, is participating in "Shaqra Pepper Festival 2025," held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region. Riyadh Municipality, in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, has approved a new set of regulations and requirements for the approval of urban plans in the capital. These regulations mandate that engineering offices and real estate developers must fully complete all infrastructure components and public spaces before starting any construction work. This strategic move represents a fundamental shift in urban planning methodology and reinforces the principles of sustainability and quality of life in the city.

His Highness also honored the judging committee and the technical team behind the award in recognition of their efforts in ensuring the success of this edition.

iyadh Municipality, represented by the Tumair Municipality, has signed a community agreement to rehabilitate the Hilal observatory in the city of Tumair. This initiative falls within the framework of supporting community partnership to develop and sustain public facilities.
