Riyadh Municipality has won the “Achievement Award for e-Government Transactions” in its 5th session for the year of 2018, which is organized by the e-Government Program (Yesser), where (Fikra) service has won the Community e-Participation Award (Voice of the Beneficiary).

Riyadh Municipality has won the award for the best use of technology in the field of food and municipal public health control through “Raqib” Mobile App., in a ceremony organized by the “IDC” company for smart cities in the Middle East for the year 2018 in Dubai, UAE. Riyadh Municipality has participated through “Raqib” Mobile App. under the Award's category for the best use of technology in the field of health control.
