His Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of Riyadh, sponsored the signing ceremony of an agreement to develop and implement infrastructure and services in the city of Riyadh, in partnership with the private sector across several planned districts. The signing coincided with the Cityscape Global exhibition held in the capital, as the Municipality adopts a development approach aimed at elevating the elements of urban design.

Riyadh Municipality was represented in the signing by Eng. Saleh bin Mohammed Al-Saif, Assistant Deputy for Urban Planning, while Al-Rousan Contracting Company was represented by its CEO, Eng. Mohammed Hazzāʿ Aba Al-Rous. This signing marks a strategic step reflecting the transformation led by the Riyadh Municipality to engage the private sector in enhancing quality of life through an urban planning approach inspired by leading global experiences and grounded in the principle of putting people first.
