2025-10-09His Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of Riyadh, continued his field tours to monitor the readiness of “Madinty” offices and the municipality’s sectors within the Riyadh Municipal Transformation Program. Today, His Highness visited the western and southern sectors, along with “Madinty” offices in Tuwaik, Dhahrat Laban, Al-Salam, Okaz, and Al-Ha’ir.
During the tour, His Highness reviewed the workflow and service delivery mechanisms in the “Madinty” offices, listened to a briefing on operational readiness, and toured several departments — including reception and customer care, community engagement, technical support, and the multipurpose hall. He also watched a presentation outlining the provided services and performance indicators.
His Highness then visited the Western Sector, where he was briefed on the sector’s key functions and monitoring and improvement indicators. The visit included departments of inspection, city development, infrastructure, environmental sustainability, and the 940 Call Center.
The tour concluded with a visit to the Southern Sector, where His Highness reviewed the operations at the “Madinty” offices in Al-Salam, Okaz, and Al-Ha’ir, and watched a presentation on the sector’s performance and its affiliated departments.
Riyadh Municipal Transformation Program aims to introduce a new model for city management based on decentralization and proximity to community needs, through restructuring the municipal system into five empowered service sectors supported by “Madinty” offices spread across the capital. The program seeks to deliver municipal services that are more efficient, accessible, and high in quality — enhancing residents’ experiences and keeping pace with the comprehensive urban transformation underway in Riyadh.
