His Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of Riyadh, inaugurated today the “Madinty” Offices in several neighborhoods of the capital as part of the Riyadh Municipal Transformation Program. The initiative aims to enhance residents’ experience, simplify access to municipal services through an integrated digital environment, and streamline procedures via a unified municipal services platform. His Highness toured several “Madinty” Offices to review their readiness to serve the public.

The launch of the “Madinty” Offices represents a qualitative leap in the way municipal services are delivered. These offices adopt a modern operational model supported by digital technologies and direct communication, which enhances work efficiency, saves time and effort for beneficiaries, and ensures more accessible and higher-quality services.
