Service Steps and Procedures
1. Submit a request to modify a productive family license activity via the unified portal with required documents. Identity is verified via Yaqeen service (Ministry of Interior).
2. Review the request and attachments: The licenses department reviews and forwards it to inspection based on activity type or circulars.
3. Schedule a site visit: The inspection supervisor assigns an inspector and sets a date.
4. Site inspection: The inspector verifies compliance with activity requirements and prepares a report.
5. Post-inspection review: The licenses department processes the request and forwards it to the department head.
6. Department head review: The head approves and forwards it to the Services Deputy.
7. Municipal Services Deputy review: The deputy approves and forwards it to the Mayor.
8. Mayor?s review: The Mayor approves, creates a PDF license file, and emails it to the beneficiary (if requested).
9. Deliver the license to the beneficiary: The license officer prints the license and prepares the postal package. If requested during application submission, the license is sent via express mail to the beneficiary. Alternatively, the license is placed in the pending delivery file until the beneficiary arrives to collect it (if requested during application submission).
