1. Register on the Riyadh Municipality?s e-services portal.
2. Access e-services.
3. Select "My Services" from the menu.
4. Select the "Central Building Monitoring System" from the services list.
5. Select "Upload Engineering Supervision Report."
6. Select "Add License to the Office."
7. Search for the license by its number and year.
8. After selecting the license, choose "Supervision Request" from the license?s action menu.
9. Enter required data based on the construction phase.
10. Upload required attachments.
11. Submit the request.
