2. The Licenses Department Head reviews and approves the request, then forwards it to the Director General of Environmental Health.
3. The Director General of Environmental Health reviews and approves the request, and the beneficiary is notified of the mobile food truck license cancellation.
4. The beneficiary prints the mobile food truck license cancellation letter via the portal.
