2. The engineering office approves the contract and submits an instant demolition license request, issuing a fee invoice.
3. The beneficiary pays the fees.
4. The instant demolition license is issued immediately after payment.
5. The license file is emailed, and the permit can be printed via the e-portal or through the link in the email.
