2. The Roads and Drainage Design Manager receives and audits the request, forwarding it to the relevant engineer.
3. The engineer reviews the request and forwards it to the surveyor.
4. The surveyor conducts a field visit to measure elevations and sends results to the engineer.
5. The engineer reviews elevation calculations and forwards them to the Roads Manager.
6. The Roads Manager prepares an elevation report and forwards it to the General Director of Studies and Design for approval.
7. The General Director of Studies and Design approves the report.
8. An SMS and email are sent to the beneficiary confirming completion and elevation calculations.
