6. Verify random sampling exemption: The system randomly selects workers for sampling (based on predefined percentages per profession set by the Environmental Health Department).
7. Archive required documents: The hospital archives the required documents (photo, ID, paper medical report, facility license) on the EVERSUITE system.
8. Approve the request: The hospital/clinic approves the request after archiving documents.
9. Print the certificate: The hospital/clinic prints the employee?s health certificate.
10. Receive the certificate: The employee collects the certificate.
