2. The Lighting Execution Department Manager receives the request and reviews the data/attachments.
3. The request is forwarded to the supervising engineer for study.
4. The beneficiary completes any requested attachments and resubmits via the portal.
5. The engineer studies the request, prepares a report, and forwards it to the Safety Department Head.
6. The Lighting Execution Department Manager forwards the request to the consultant engineer for study.
7. The consultant engineer studies the request and submits the report to the Lighting Execution Department Manager.
8. The Lighting Execution Department Manager forwards the request to the contractor for execution.
9. The contractor executes the request and submits a completion report to the Lighting Execution Department Manager.
10. The Lighting Execution Department Manager approves the request.
11. The beneficiary receives an SMS confirming request completion.
