The Grant Committee oversees and executes the grant procedures to ensure compliance with royal decrees and related regulations. After receiving all documents electronically, the notary public issues a title deed for the allocated land, which is handed over to the citizen in the presence of Riyadh Municipality representatives, with a copy kept on file.
