1. The beneficiary submits a new objection request and attaches required photos with the record.
2. The request is referred to the committee secretary.
3. The committee secretary receives the request, verifies its data and attachments, and then takes one of the following decisions:
Request the beneficiary to complete the application, after which the beneficiary must provide the required attachments.
Issue a committee decision to confirm or reject the actions taken.
Or reject the request with reasons stated.
