Service Steps and Procedures
1. The beneficiary submits a request to inquire about site suitability for an activity via the unified portal and uploads required documents.
2. The licenses department employee reviews the request/attachments and forwards it to inspection based on activity type or circulars.
3. Schedule a site visit.
4. The inspection supervisor assigns an inspector and sets a visit date.
5. The inspector visits the site, verifies compliance with activity requirements, inspects signage, and prepares a report.
6. Approve the report and send an SMS to the beneficiary.
7. The beneficiary prints the report via the e-portal.
