2. Enter the subdivision report number.
3. Enter data for the original parcel to be reversed (if the subdivision report is not electronically registered).
4. Enter deeds for the new parcels after reversal.
5. Attach supporting documents.
6. Declare the accuracy of all entered data.
7. Submit the request.
8. The Geographic Systems Department processes the request.
9. An SMS is sent to the beneficiary confirming processing.
