3. Field health specialists, Environmental Health Directorate staff, and Food and Drug Authority staff receive the poisoning case for verification and fill out Forms 3 and 4.
4. The epidemiological investigation committee head prepares, fills out, and approves the final decision for the poisoning case and closes the report.
