Service Steps and Procedures
1. The citizen registers on the e-portal.
2. The citizen enters details such as municipality, district, street, selects the plan, and specifies the land parcel number via the map.
3. The citizen enters factory and owner data.
4. The system verifies identity data via integration with the Ministry of Interior.
5. Enter boundaries/dimensions and upload required documents.
6. An SMS is sent to the citizen with the request number.
7. The municipality receives the request, assigns a surveyor, and notifies the citizen.
8. The system sends the citizen an SMS to schedule a surveyor visit.
9. The survey decision is prepared, approved, and reviewed by the surveyor, Survey Department Head, and Mayor.
