1. The beneficiary selects and contracts with an engineering office. 2. Specify the applicant type (self, agent, delegate) and verify authorization electronically via the Ministry of Justice (agency) or Ministry of Commerce (delegation). 3. Register deed data and verify ownership electronically via the Ministry of Justice. 4. The beneficiary sends the contract and receives a contract number via SMS. 5. The contract appears in the engineering office?s contract/delegation inbox and can be canceled or rejected.
