Riyadh Governor: We welcome constructive ideas to serve community

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, confirmed that the cultural work is running in accordance with the vision and directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince.

After opening of Cultural Street Festival organized by Riyadh Municipality in Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Road, which is continuing until next Monday, His Highness said that Riyadh has achieved a difficult equation in grouping creative work, appreciating great efforts of Riyadh Municipality in serving youth.

In his speech to media, H.R.H. has called to preserve data and take advantage of them, pointing out that Festival of cultural street has a different aspect, welcoming all constructive ideas to serve community.

Prince Faisal Bin Bandar said that it is possible to benefit from creative drawing works participating in cultural street in decorating streets and tunnels of the capital.

Riyadh governor accompanied by Eng. Ibrahim Al-Sultan, Mayor of Riyadh Region, and officials of Riyadh Municipality, have toured the festival and listened to an explanation from participants about the nature of their participation and activities they provide to public.

For his part, Eng. Ibrahim bin Nasser Al Huwaimel, Director General of Gardens & Parks in Riyadh Municipality, and General Supervisor of the festival, said that activities of Cultural Street Festival honored by attendance of H.R.H Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, with support from Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, Mayor of Riyadh Region and concern in entertaining residents and visitors to the capital, and diversity of cultural street Festival activities, which includes types of culture, reading, art, painting ,sculpture, street arts and folklore  shows, and the presence of specialists and artists.
