Mayor of Riyadh inaugurates performance management system in Riyadh Municipality
His Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, Mayor of Riyadh Region, has inaugurated performance management system in Riyadh Municipality, in implementation of one of the main themes of King Salman Program for Human Resources Development.
Riyadh Municipality seeks through performance system to improve employees’ productivity and activate their participation in achieving strategic goals, in line with direction of wise leadership and Kingdom's vision 2030 that seeks to promote government effectiveness through improving performance of government bodies, which reflects positively on the level of overall performance and quality of services provided to citizens.
The system allows registering compatibility between employee goals and strategic goals of Riyadh Municipality, applying job performance management regulation in line with the civil service system, registering a job performance charter electronically, and managing goals that have been added by amending or deleting them or adding new goals from screen of performance charter registration request.
It also allows providing notes by the direct manager about the employee's goals, to keep all details of procedures that were taken on these goals until they reached their final form, and to provide another stage for amendment on charter according to the mid-year evaluation.
