The Riyadh Municipality places great importance on engaging the residents of Riyadh and highlighting their vital role in enhancing the quality of its services and operations. The Municipality actively welcomes your constructive opinions and suggestions, which contribute to service development and the building of a more advanced and prosperous city. Participation is enabled through the following official government platforms:

• Draft regulations, systems, and decisions are made available through the Estitlaa platform before approval to collect feedback.

• Consultations and surveys to gather the opinions of Riyadh residents are conducted via the Tafaul  platform.

•  To access the approved national standards for electronic E-participation, through E-participation

• Support for regulations, policies, and related matters through the Estitlaa Platform.
