Riyadh Municipality seeks to develop internal strategies and plans which will contribute to the development continuity of business and outputs, with the aim of advancing the development process and upgrading the services provided in line with the aspirations stated in the objectives of Vision 2030, which focuses on promoting some of the principles, the foremost of them is "Maximizing Impact" as one of the motives that lead the sectors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to activate the principle of effective partnerships of developmental values, to be reflected on increasing production and performance efficiency, which contributes to raising quality and sustainability.

In alignment with the aspirations of Vision 2030 and the commitment to transforming its goals into tangible reality, the Deputy Agency for community participation aims to foster social interaction and promote noble values and principles that deepen national belonging. Our goal is to enhance orderly behavior among all segments of society by encouraging participation, opening channels for the exchange of ideas, development proposals, and initiatives that align with the objectives and boundaries outlined in the agency's strategic plan. This approach aims to build a better future and create an environment that meets the aspirations of all members of society.
