The citizen enters the required information, specifies the geographical location, and attaches the necessary documents.
2. The system sends a text message to the citizen with the request number.
3. The request is received by the municipality automatically.
4. If there are any observations or missing documents, the citizen is notified of the observations and required attachments. The citizen then uploads the missing documents using the electronic portal.
5. The site is visited by the technical inspector, and a technical report is prepared. Once approved, a payment invoice is issued. After payment, the building completion certificate is issued, reviewed, and approved by the technical department head and the municipality head.
6. The beneficiary prints the certificate from the electronic portal.
