6. The Municipal Roads Department Head reviews the request and forwards it to the inspector.
7. The inspector calculates the estimated cost and forwards the request to the contractor.
8. The contractor determines the actual cost and forwards the request to the Municipal Roads Department Head.
9. The Municipal Roads Department Head approves the request.
10. The beneficiary receives an SMS confirming request completion.
