5. Send an SMS/email to system administrators: If serious or infectious diseases are detected, the system automatically notifies administrators. This step is automated.
6. Verify that the worker is not selected for random sampling: The system randomly selects a percentage of workers (as predefined by the Environmental Health Department based on profession) for sampling.
7. Archive required documents: The hospital archives the required documents (photo, ID, paper medical report, and facility license) on the EVERSUITE system.
8. Approve the request: The hospital/clinic archives the documents and approves the request.
9. Print the certificate: The hospital/clinic prints the employee?s health certificate.
10. Receive the certificate: The employee collects the certificate.
