2. The collection officer receives and reviews the request, verifies requirements, then: Log violations (if any) ? Issue invoices ? Return the request for completion ? Or reject the request.
3. The beneficiary is notified of the issued invoices.
4. The beneficiary pays the fees.
5. The collection officer renews the license after payment.
6. The Investment Department Manager reviews and approves the license.
7. The General Manager reviews and approves the license.
8. The Deputy Assistant Mayor for Investment approves the license.
9. The beneficiary is notified of approval via email or rejection.
10. The beneficiary prints the ATM license from the email attachment.
