Launched by His Excellency the Mayor of Riyadh Region, the program aims to keep pace with the rapid growth and qualitative development witnessed by the capital—thanks to Allah, and then to the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz—may Allah preserve them both. The program aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and responds to the needs and aspirations of the city, in a manner befitting its global status. It also aims to enhance readiness and engagement in delivering operational services in Riyadh, in line with the scale of existing and future projects, as well as the global events the capital is hosting or planning to host in the coming years.

Transforming the municipality from offering limited services to providing over 200 services through the Madiniti offices and digital platforms
