Riyadh Municipality and the Social Development Bank have signed a cooperation agreement to implement a development initiative aimed at empowering productive families to access markets through permanent sales outlets (kiosks). This comes within the framework of strengthening developmental partnerships, supporting productive groups, and enabling them to reach markets.
Through this initiative, both parties seek to enable productive families to carry out their commercial activities in an organized and well-equipped environment by providing display units and external facilities dedicated to small-scale businesses. This contributes to expanding marketing opportunities for these groups and enhancing the presence of their products in public spaces across the city of Riyadh.
The initiative includes the establishment of permanent sales outlets in various public locations, such as commercial kiosks and sales points in parks and public squares, in addition to temporary outlets at events and bazaars. This provides productive families with diverse opportunities to market their products and develop their businesses within a regulatory environment that supports self-employment and facilitates market access.
