1- Register on the Riyadh Municipality?s e-services portal.

2- Access e-services.

3- Select "My Services" from the menu.

4- Select the "Central Building Monitoring System" from the services list.

5- Select "Upload Engineering Supervision Report."

6- Select "Office Licenses."

7- Search for the license by its number and year.

8- After selecting the license, choose "Start Technical Report Upload" from the license?s action menu.

9- Specify the notification, construction phase, and enter required data based on the phase.

10- Upload required attachments.

11- Submit the request.
