Riyadh Region Municipality and IoT Squared (iot²) signed a cooperation agreement to enhance the use of digital solutions and Internet of Things technologies in sustainable urban development and improve the efficiency of city operations and services.
The agreement was signed in conjunction with the Year of Artificial Intelligence and on the sidelines of the LEAP 2026 Conference. It aims to expand the use of smart management applications for services provided to residents and support urban decision-making through advanced technological indicators and analytics.
Riyadh Region Municipality continues its efforts to adopt modern technologies that improve the user experience and enhance operational efficiency, as part of its strategy to advance digital transformation in support of sustainable urban development.
