The manual consists of five main components: the real estate developer journey, the real estate investor journey, available incentives, support services, and support and communication entities. These components enable beneficiaries to access essential information related to their projects and understand the sequence of procedures in a clearer and more organized manner.
The manual provides an integrated framework outlining the real estate developer journey and enabling beneficiaries to identify the requirements of each stage and the relevant entities involved. It begins with the planning of undeveloped land, continues through different types of construction projects, and extends to projects with special pathways that require additional procedures or approvals. These include transit-oriented real estate development projects, projects located along Riyadh’s main corridors, projects within the Wadi Hanifah Urban Code, projects within the New Murabba development, projects located along the Sports Boulevard, and comprehensive development projects.
The manual also outlines the real estate investor journey for investment opportunities offered by Riyadh Municipality through the Furas Platform, beginning with the announcement of opportunities and continuing through the award and contracting stages. This enables investors to clearly understand the investment process and become familiar with the procedures for applying for and contracting available opportunities through the platform.
The manual includes a range of support services designed to assist developers throughout the various stages of a project. It also identifies the entities involved in the development journey according to the nature of each project and provides official communication channels with relevant authorities, facilitating access to support and responses to inquiries related to real estate projects.
