Madinti is the new digital gateway of the Riyadh Municipality, offering a range of essential services. Users can submit reports to the 940 team with multimedia attachments, book appointments electronically, and access e-services such as applying for electronic permits (e.g., building permit, demolition permit, fencing permit, etc.). The app also allows users to inquire about the status of their requests and transactions. In addition, it provides residential and informational services beneficial to both citizens and residents, such as knowing the waste collection schedule based on the user's location, and locating nearby facilities like parks, food trucks, walking paths, and recreational areas.
