The Riyadh Municipality seeks to engage the residents of the Riyadh region and highlight their active role in enhancing and improving the quality of our work and services. This is achieved through their constructive opinions and ideas, which contribute to the development of municipal services via approved governmental platforms:

• Draft regulations, systems, and decisions are made available through the Estitlaa platform before approval to collect feedback.

• Consultations,Electronic Voting and surveys to gather the opinions of Riyadh residents are conducted via the Tafaul  platform.

•  To access the approved national standards for electronic E-participation, thro E-participation

• Support for regulations, policies, and related matters through the Estitlaa Platform.
