The Riyadh Municipality offers the Electronic Petition (E-Petition) Service, which enables individuals and businesses to submit their requests and inquiries directly to the Mayor of Riyadh. This service enhances effective communication between the Municipality and the community, allowing the public to share suggestions and feedback on municipal projects and services. Each petition is carefully reviewed, and responses are provided to help improve service quality and address the needs of Riyadh’s residents.

This service enables individuals and companies to initiate electronic transactions with various departments within the Riyadh Municipality—whether for inquiries or service-related requests.

Procedure for handling the transaction request:
Access the service using Unified National Access (Absher).
Attend according to the reserved appointment made via the Riyadh Municipality’s Electronic Services Portal.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment on the assigned day (entry will not be permitted outside the scheduled time and date).
Visit the Guest Service Center at the Riyadh Municipality.
Present an electronic copy of the appointment upon arrival for verification.
This is a channel for communicating with the Saudi Shoura Council, allowing Saudi citizens and residents to submit proposals and suggestions to:

Propose new regulations.
Address gaps in legislation.
