Riyadh Mayor: Al-Qadiya project will rank the Kingdom's capital on entertainment destinations map globally
H.E. Eng. Tariq bin Abdulaziz Al-Fares, Mayor of Riyadh Region, expressed his thanks and appreciation to H.R.H Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz for laying the bedrock of entertaining Al Qadiya project, and H.R.H Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz , the Crown Prince for his concern and continuous following-up to make Saudi Arabia in leading countries ranking in various fields.
H.E. Eng. Tarek Al-Fares said “Inauguration of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Al Qadeya project underscores the leadership's keenness to develop the country and support major projects with multiple positive returns, including social, economic, cultural, sports and recreational aspects, which represents an extension of steps of the wise vision 2030 announced by HH the Crown Prince.
H.E. pointed out that Al Qadiya project will represent an unprecedented qualitative leap not only in the Kingdom, but also globally, that its located on space of 334 km and its diversity of activities will make the Kingdom's capital an international touristic destination ,as well as the role of the project in developing investment and enhancing the role of private sector and providing it to thousands of job opportunities for citizens.
H.E. pointed out that Riyadh region is proud of existence of Al Qadiya project within its scope, noting that municipality will use its resources to contribute in providing services to visitors of the largest entertainment city of its kind worldwide, and will work with other related authorities to achieve aspirations of the leadership to achieve expected returns from the project.
