Riyadh Municipality and King Saud University complete training of 28 female leaders

Riyadh Municipality, represented by Department of Administrative Development and King Abdullah Research and Consultancy Institute at King Saud University, has completed "Qyadyat" program.

The program involved 28 female employees of Riyadh Municipality staff, consisting of three training packages; each package consists of four training programs with 270 training hours for all courses, where the total duration of program was 3 months, including managerial and leadership skills, effective communication, problem analysis, decision making, crisis management, motivation, negotiation and persuasion as well as project management, preparation of executive plans, public-private partnership, strategic planning, leadership change, management control, institutional performance assessment, institutional communication, public relations, and streamlining procedures at work.
