Mayor of Riyadh Region thanks the leadership on occasion of "Diriyah Development Authority" royal decree
His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al Sultan, Mayor of Riyadh Region raised his sincere thanks and gratitude to HRH the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, on occasion of issuing royal decree of establishing "Diriyah Gate Development Authority".
His Excellency said: " Diriyah is considered the first capital of Saudi state, and starting point of reformation call, where It has been the point of concern of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for decades.
Eng. Ibrahim Al-Sultan said that establishing “Diriyah Development Authority” under the wise leadership of His Highness the Crown Prince is a great opportunity to achieve objectives and tasks of authority, noting that “Diriyah Gate” reflects heritage, originality and history depth of the Kingdom and its cultural heritage. Diriyah is distinguished by its location as extension of Al-Bujairi neighborhood on the eastern side, and its view on Wadi Hanifa, as well as it contains set of historical and cultural landmarks and facilities, to be an enabling environment for private sector investment.
