Prince of Riyadh inaugurates the first phase of number of roads projects

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh in Ruling Palace yesterday inaugurated a number of (E-Services) that fall under King Abdullah Program projects to develop work in regions principalities (Reyada), which is supervised by the agency of Ministry of Interior of Regions Affairs.

(Reyada) program includes 5 main projects, which are: strategy, governance, information technology, human resources, institutional communication, following-up transformation and change) which have been started more than a year ago, through different phases, while the first phase has targeted infrastructure preparation  through focusing on projects that affect the lives of citizens and residents, by focusing on the services provided to citizens, especially in the electronic path according to the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, to facilitate their procedures in the regions principalities, as well as adding civilized attitude towards work environment in regions principalities, while agency of regions affairs seeks ultimately to achieve the concept of (Smart Principality).

The projects which have been launched, include a package of e-services provided by the region’s principality to citizens and residents through the Ministry of the Interior e-services portal (Abshar), It includes 33 e-services, 18 services of which are for citizens and 15 services for residents, representing the first phase of (Reyada) program, and will enhance communication with citizens and civil society institutions, and the development of services for all beneficiaries.

HRH Prince of Riyadh was briefed on the details of these e-services and its objectives, HRH also briefed on the most important technical projects of the second phase, which comes as a complement to a comprehensive system of technical, administrative and human services aiming at developing the work environment in regions principalities, and upgrading the level of government work.

In a press statement, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz praised the support of the Ministry of Interior for all regions principalities, which comes from the generous patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Deputy Crown Prince, to provide all material, human and technical potential to develop the working environment in regions principalities, especially supporting the path of technical transformation.
