The Municipal Council of Riyadh City (RMC) is working to launch a specialized award to honor and highlight the contribution of those who are interacting with business of municipality and Municipal Services in Riyadh, under the name of "Interactive Customer Award" ,which comes in the framework of integration relationship with its partners from residents of Riyadh City, appreciating their active efforts and interaction, and what they provide from feedback to improve and develop municipal work in the capital.
RMC has created the award to honor the residents of Riyadh who have provided serious initiatives to serve the city and constructive proposals, which contribute effectively in upgrading municipal services provided. The evaluation of initiatives will be based on a set of specific criteria, the most important of which is the integration of initiative idea and containing the necessary main factors launch practically, like Objective, implementation method, implementation requirements, and its accurate description.
On his part, Khalid Al-Aridi, RMC President , said that interactive customers award is a tribute to the sincere efforts and constructive contributions made by residents of Riyadh to improve municipal services, and continuation of the partnership between council and citizen, and activating this partnership towards developing and improving municipal services, in addition Mr. Abdulaziz Al Rajhi, Head of Award Committee said that provided initiatives should provide solutions to specific problems in a realistic manner, depending on the level of risk and its geographical scope, indicating to evaluating benefit extent of the successful practical experiences, which have been inspired by these initiatives domestically and internationally and its suitability to the reality of Riyadh city.
Noting that the last date for participation in the "Interactive Customer Award" will be on Thursday, 14 Rajab 1440 AH.
